The FLAG Project proposes a direct training intervention in schools to address issues related to Friendship, Diversity, Acceptance, and Respect.

We start with two talks, in which the theoretical framework of the project is introduced. Following these, workshops and dynamics are developed in which students become aware of their own reactions to certain themes.

We aim to achieving self-critical thinking with a focus of awareness on their own attitudes towards other people, through the formulation of specific questions and the participation in structured debates.

Finally, a more creative activity is presented. This includes a conceptual introduction from psychology, followed by group dynamics and a final discussion in which each group exposes its conclusions and motivations.

Since it is a specific activity, we recommend the involvement of the teachers to continue working on these topics throughout the school year.
