14 Criminal Offenses on School Violence

September is the month when the school year begins in Spain. All schools are focused on following the curricular goals set from educational institutions, but we want to start the course emphasizing the importance of knowing the consequences of school violence.

We have already talked about the consequences of the misuse of new technologies (we will soon launch another post with more worrying data), but now we want to present the crimes associated to school violence, bullying or cyberbullying, recognized by the Spanish Penal Code, implying legal consequences for the perpetrators.
